"Eddie Costa and his ETC Home Improvement team are the only general contractors I will work with. I have used ETC many times over several years, and I am never disappointed. Eddie is my general contractor for several rentals and my home. He put a beautiful kitchen in a shore rental, does every aspect of the construction bringing in great plumbers and electricians, too. Eddie aligns his work and subcontractors so it goes fast. He brings in locally constructed kitchen cabinets that are beautiful. Eddie is just finishing a home office addition and master closet for me, and it turned out perfect. Finish carpentry by Carlos is amongst the best I have seen. I can’t say enough about how professional Ed is, and all the team he brings in. His prices are very reasonable for the quality you will get. For major projects, you will not have to hires anyone else, he has the best on his team. I recommend Eddie and ETC at the highest level."

"Anthony Nastasi of NB Woodworks, LLc, has our highest recommendation. He has worked with us over the past year on a variety of projects aimed at refurbishing and improving our home. This has included exterior trim replacement, replacing a box window with a French door and side light unit, and replacing a large unusually sized window. He also built a beautiful mahogony deck. Indoors, he installed a french door which included fine trim work. In addition, he hired excellent subcontractors to powerwash and paint our home and build a patio, porch and walks. We highly recommend Anthony's carpentry skill, as well as his problem solving, planning and coordination skills. He is also a dependable, honest person of fine character."

"I needed a lot of work and repairs done in my house. I called and met with Harvey about what I wanted to be done in my home, and two days later, the work was being conducted on my house. The significant items were that I needed new basement steps, and Harvey and his crew rebuilt all the steps and railings. I had my bathroom grouted, caulked, and repaired. I needed my kitchen to be refreshed and a new kitchen floor. In addition, the kitchen, dining room, lower and upstairs hallway, and living room were in need of repair and needed to be painted. I had my entire windows repaired and corked from the inside and the outside. Harvey and his men were very professional, polite, and extremely hardworking. They showed up every day on time and worked diligently through the day. Harvey offered good ideas and suggestions on my home improvements and repairs. I was thrilled by the outcome and the quality of their work. I would highly recommend them, and I plan to use them in the future."

"I had 2 bedrooms painted and a complete bathroom remodeling. A new tiled shower with tub removed. Silvio started the next day after I hired him. Both projects were finished in 1 1/2 weeks. Wow!! Excellent communication with Silvio throughout. I always knew just what was going on. I was completely thrilled with the finished bathroom and so was my son. All aspects came together with each worker knowing his particular assignment. I was extremely pleased and would recommend S Mendez Construction to anyone. Thank you Silvio for a 5-star job well done! "Albert was great about doing the floor refinishing within my timeframe. He and his crew were punctual and very pleasant. They came to the house and gave me an estimate within 24 hours of my phone call. Albert had me inspect the work prior to finishing and did additional work on one minor area that I thought needed improvement. The crew even sanded and finished door sills that were not specified as part of the job. Overall, great job. I would highly recommend them."

"We had Tom and his crew remodel our small master bathroom a couple of years ago and invited him back to do our kitchen remodel. Tom and his crew are incredible. They are very professional, considerate, and clean. They do the job right and don't cut corners. His pricing is fair and I would be happy to use them again on my next project."

"We love our basement remodel. Peter, Alex and his team were here when they said theyâ d be here, completed the job as described, and kept us updated along the way. The basement now looks and feels clean and bright. The additional space doesnâ t feel like a basement at all and is enjoyed by the whole family. We highly recommend Lux Renovations."

"It went beyond expectations. He has a great crew that gets the work done! He is fast efficient flexible and super fair. We did a full second flood addition plus remodeling the in about 12 weeks. All issues were always address with a solution in a timely manner. Please hire them for any work you need around the house. Truly a wonderful experience!!!!"

"We couldn't be happier with our experience with Design For Living Contracting LLC! From start to finish, they were fantastic to work with—the entire process was seamless and stress-free. The cost was exactly as quoted, which was a huge plus for our budget. The team was not only friendly and helpful but also consistently on time and incredibly polite throughout the project. They exceeded every expectation we had and finished everything on schedule, which is a rare find these days. It truly was the best contractor experience we've ever had! To top it all off, an independent designer stopped by to look at the finished work and was blown away with the Kitchen and loved the new Luxury Vinyl Planks that they installed, remarking that it was simply outstanding. I can't recommend Design For Living Contractors highly enough. If you want quality, reliability, and a team that genuinely cares about your satisfaction, look no further. Thank you, Ben, Drew, EJ, Jose and the rest of the team. Five"
