"We had interviewed a handful of contractors (the ones who actually showed up to the appointments we made). Some showed up and didn't send estimates or wanted to start without providing one. It is so important to have building management not take issue with your contractor. We had no problems at all during a major project. Communication was excellent throughout our relationship. The Arta crew always came to work prepared and with a "no nonsense, get to work attitude" that you appreciate. They value your time and money invested in your project. Our estimate was very reasonable and we stayed perfectly on budget. I highly recommend Arta for projects big and small. They are true artisans and craftsmen and take pride in doing things right and making it right for thier customers. My building super asked if my apartment could be used as a showplace for neighbors to see during construction because it was asked about so often when word got out about our progress. All of our expectations were exceeded. There was never a question or change we asked for that was ever refused. We have already engaged Arta to renovate another apartment for a family member. We are very happy to have Arta Construction as our contractor. They earned our business and will continue to be our construction specialists."

"Tom and his crew of men were great! They repaired a gutted basement apartment that was water damaged. They provided top notch quality work and finished sooner than was agreed upon. Their work encompassed sheet rock, taping and sanding, spackle, painting, plumbing, installing vinyl flooring and wood moldings and they removed all debris. It was nice to have them able to do it all for me. We signed the work order and they were on the job the next morning. It was my pleasure dealing with Tom who did all he said that he was going to do!
