"I had my kitchen remodeled by Greg and I was completely impressed by his work and I highly recommend him to anyone."

"We had interviewed a handful of contractors (the ones who actually showed up to the appointments we made). Some showed up and didn't send estimates or wanted to start without providing one. Or provided overpriced estimates. We were starting to worry...and then we found Arta Construction. We knew instantly we found an honorable, experienced and professional company. Andy is someone who you can shake hands with and know he is going to get the job done. The fit, finish, quality and attention to details were amazing. The heavy doors and special additions to our pre war apartment had a lot of tricky challenges to overcome - uneven floors, leaky windows and radiators - Andy and Arta had a smart solution to any problem and the end result was beautiful. We have a brand new and updated "old detailed" apartment. It is a dream come true. All this was accomplished during the challenging time of the pandemic with many additional restrictions put on us in a building with many, many rules. Arta always had permits in good order, followed all building rules and there was never a single complaint from neighbors. It is so important to have building management not take issue with your contractor. We had no problems at all during a major project. Communication was excellent throughout our relationship. The Arta crew always came to work prepared and with a "no nonsense, get to work attitude" that you appreciate. They value your time and money invested in your project. Our estimate was very reasonable and we stayed perfectly on budget. I highly recommend Arta for projects big and small. They are true artisans and craftsmen and take pride in doing things right and making it right for thier customers. My building super asked if my apartment could be used as a showplace for neighbors to see during construction because it was asked about so often when word got out about our progress. All of our expectations were exceeded. There was never a question or change we asked for that was ever refused. We have already engaged Arta to renovate another apartment for a family member. We are very happy to have Arta Construction as our contractor. They earned our business and will continue to be our construction specialists."

"We are thrilled with our remodeled bathroom! It’s a small room but the team came in and transformed the space into something beautiful. They handled all aspects from tile removal and breakdown through installing new shower, fixtures, tile and paint. They were punctual, professional and thorough. Great job - we will work with them again when we start our next project."

"Working with Dave and all the workers made my remodel stress free. From redesigning the layout to the last touches, Fine design worked on giving me everything I needed for my bathroom. They were clean, professional and so easy to work with. What I loved the most was that Dave was at my house almost everyday making sure the job was done right."

"We got an estimate from Robert Remodeling back in March of 2021 for a complete basement renovation. At that time we also pursued additional estimates from well-known and recommended contractors. We were simultaneously getting estimates from siding companies for our entire home and 2 garages. From our first meeting with Rob, we knew that he was the man for BOTH jobs. He continued to meet with us at least 3 more times before his start date on 9/21. During these meetings, Rob reviewed potential problems as well as made sensible and affordable design recommendations aligned with our vision for the space and our family needs. This was the first major home renovation for us since owning our home and we needed someone knowledgeable, skilled, patient, loyal, dog-friendly and most importantly, someone who valued our money and how/where it was spent as much as we did. Rob delivered on all accounts! We can honestly say that he went ABOVE and beyond from day 1. Rob and his crew fully gutted our basement, installed a gorgeous kitchen, renovated a bathroom, and installed new flooring throughout the space. Our basement is now a show stopper! Not only did his work increase our home overall value, it also increased our living space and we will benefit from the skilled workmanship and smart choices he made along the way with our family in mind for years to come. We undoubtedly made the right choice when we hired his company and, without knowing it, also made a great friend. His work ethic and meticulous nature are very rare gems in the construction industry. Do yourself and your hard-earned money a favor and give him a call!"

"I will start off by saying I think I might be the only person in history to say that the renovation went perfectly and I was happy with everything. Let me explain. Wanted a full kitchen and bathroom renovation. We met with Efren (the owner of Nunez Construction) and he had an energy that made us realize that he was experienced and also was open to some new and interesting ideas. He promised the project would be done in 5 weeks - it ended up being 5 weeks and 3 days - essentially on time. The work was flawless and beautiful. He added little flourishes like saddles made of quartz and shelves in an area where a cabinet would not fit. Additionally the measurements from the get go were perfect - the cabinets were the right ones from the beginning and everything fit perfectly in the space on the first try. There were a handful of additional costs - custom shower door, glass cabinets for a bar we built and the appliances (not included in the contract price). All in, Efren stuck to his price, time frame and promise of quality work. Everything from the craftsmanship to the painting were impeccable. What I also appreciated about him was that we stayed in communication with each other from the start. If there was an idea that we presented to him that wouldn’t work in the space, he would let us know and suggest a viable alternative. Great collaboration. Will definitely work with him and his crew again. Already recommended to friends and neighbors."

"Classic Remodeling Group just completed my remodel and I could not have asked for anything more from a contractor. They treated our project as if their own home, the workers all highly skilled and reliable and completed within the timeframe we were given. John and team are as professional as they get, I highly recommend!"

"Will is one of the best contractor I worked with, he is very detailed oriented, on schedule, great communication, very responsive, he try his best to do the right thing. He doesn’t use cheap materials or try to cut corners. I will 100 % recommend him to my family and friends."

"Remodeled our bathroom, kitchenette, and resolved other unforeseen issues. The remodeling crew did an excellent job! What we loved best was the accommodations, arrived on time, reasonably priced, and understood our remodeling needs. Would hire again for other home remodeling."

"This project started out as a leak, but upon further inspection there were major damages resulting from the leak. Gotham Builders came in and thoroughly assessed the situation, made the necessary repairs, and ultimately had to remodel other areas of the home. They were very professional; they absolutely knew what they were doing; very courteous, always on time and gave a play by play of what would occur during the whole process; their work is outstanding."
