"From the outset, Dave provided us with a different experience than his competitors. I had a budget in mind for the project that was wildly low. I reached out to a number of different companies to ask for a quote. Several companies wouldn't even come out and take a look when I mentioned my budget, others provided us with a design drawing that was absolutely nothing what we wanted, and some scheduled to come out and just never showed. Dave came out, discussed openly with us that what we were looking to do would cost quite a bit more, and provided us with a quote for the design that we wanted. He made it very clear that we could eliminate some of the features we were looking for and adjust materials, etc. We were able to work together to come up with a design that met our expectations. We ended up spending more than we originally budgeted, but it was helpful for Dave to offer to come out and work with us. Throughout the process, any question that I had was answered quickly by either Dave or his crew. And as modifications had to be made for a variety of reasons, Dave communicated with us personally and worked through our options with us.
