"Matt and his team with MNB Renovations did a 32 x 24 addition that was basically a home build from the ground up. I am still surprised for the size of this project how stress free the process was. Matt was very detailed and checked in on everything to make sure we were getting what we wanted. In the end he asked us to make a list of anything that needed to be addressed and there was absolutely nothing to mention. They did a perfect job, the quality of the work is amazing, and the entire team was very nice, professional, and trustworthy! I absolutely recommend this company to others and will definitely use them again in the future!"

This included the addition of a laundry room and handicapped accessible bathroom as well the relocation/ enlargement of the kitchen and the creation of breakfast nook area to the existing first floor of my home. Shawn helped me visualize various options to the work and often offered suggestions that surpassed my original expectations. He was a very good manager being able to share his knowledge base so his crew could work in a professional and independent manner in his absence. They explained everything they were expecting to accomplish, from demolition to the finishing touches on the job. Pierce and Valero did a great job with the cleanup, too. They left nothing behind. "I am totally satisfied with the Deck construction work done by S&A Royalty Contracting LLC on my back yard. From the start to the end, the discussion, pricing, design, permits, actual construction work and finish work were perfectly done to my satisfaction. The pricing was reasonable. All necessary additional work like moving plumbing and laying out decorative pebble stones was nicely done. My deck looks vibrant with sand grey Trex flooring and white railing with black balustrades. The bottom of the stair riser was founded on concrete, which is another plus for maintaining the riser and I really like that.
