"It was clear from the start that what we had asked for from the salesperson was not clearly conveyed to the project manager. Several times I had to explain to him what it was we were looking for and although the roof looks beautiful, we had to ask them to redo the front porch roof addition. We also had to ask them to come back to clean up their handprints off the underside of the new roof and seal the gutters. We now hired someone else to do more work around our home and he has pointed out that our addition is not square, the drip edge has gaps and several other places where corners were cut."
