The bathrooms needed significant upgrades. The owner bathroom also needed additional remodeling and Designer Lifestyles installed a new very attractive shower that was a major improvement. The prior owners left exterior siding in even worse shape then we knew but Designer Lifestyles got crews in there and replaced the rotting OSB and all of the siding very quickly."

"My wife and I have lived in our home for 22 years without much updating so we decided to unify our flooring from rug, tile. wood in various rooms to tile throughout except bedrooms (1800 sq.ft). Additionally, we wanted to remodel our fairly large kitchen including tearing down soffits, adding recessed lighting, new appliances, the aforementioned tile and new cabinets and quartz counters.
