"We are very pleased with the work done by Paul and his team. They were courteous, professional, punctual and easy to communicate with. It was a tricky job becaus of space restrictions and we are happy with the end result and the work was completed within the time frame initally given. We have done some major renovations previously and know that there are so many things that can go wrong in a big job like this but all was smooth and calm. I would definitely use for future jobs and recommend to others."

"I actually had Jerry come to my house for a basement appraisal. I decided to take that project off the table and asked him to redo my front hall and small powder room , I was so impressed that my husband and I than asked him to remodel our master suite, and that turned out absolutely beautiful. We than asked Jerry to remodel our very outdated family room and kitchen. He and his incredible sidekick Rafael just finished these two rooms and my husband and I could not be more thrilled. These two men are professional, kind, courteous, honest and very hard working. This entire experience was awesome"

"Jack and his team are professional and get the job done. The quality of their work is excellent and he is dependable and professional. For this project, we used them for whole house interior painting and handyman fixes throughout the house. Everything went smoothly and it was completed in a timely manner. I give JK Complete Remodeling my highest recommendation and I look forward to using them again!"

"JRG Remodeling did more than install interior doors. I had additional work done - repairing door trim: internal and external; repairs in kitchen area; wall, floor and trim repairs; exterior grout work. The work was completed beautifully and professionally. The remodelers were punctual, focused and pleasant. I will refer JRG Remodelers to anyone who needs customized home services where fair pricing meets with professionalism. Thank you to the TEAM!"

"I have been in construction for nearly 50 years, so I have developed a keen eye for quality craftsmanship. Our project was no small project, so there was a genuine concern that the right company be hired to do our project. After reading J T General Contracting's reviews, I reached out to Jim for an estimate. Again, as I stated earlier, I have been involved in construction for nearly 50 years, so when a contractor shows up for an estimate when he stated that he would, that is a good first step. In talking with Jim about our project, it didn't take long for me to realize that he knows what he is talking about and how our project should be approach. After interviewing two other contractors, it was a no brainer to go with J T General Contractors. Our project just completed today, and I can state that from the demolition of our existing deck, to the layout and installation of piers, Posts, Joists, Trex Composite Deck (with stairs and raised platform for the Spa) and composite Railings, I could not find one flaw in his workmanship. Jim takes a great deal of pride in the work that he is installing and demands that from his employees as well. Secondly, Jim has excellent communication skills, not only in responding to phone calls or text messages, but explaining what he will be doing each step of the way. I would have no problem referring J T General Contracting to family and friends and will be using Jim for our future projects."

"Envy did great job in Remodeling our master bathroom. They were on time working on the project daily. Team is well organized and very responsive to all our questions, modifications or changes during the project. Left the place clean afterwards at end! Price was reasonable as compare to others! I suggest, if one plan to remodel a bathroom, make the design a head of time, purchase items, matching Tiles, pencils and grout based on your taste and design, and then discuss the plan with Envy Project Manager, Scott was great to work with. Thank you for all Envy had done for us to bring our project to full satisfaction. Best, Azza Wagdy"

"Jeremy is now my 'go to' company for all my repair & remodeling needs. He & his crew arrived on time, completed installing several outside doors in neat & timely fashion. He also was able to tile a small entry porch, which totally changed the appearance of this doorway. I am totally pleased with the work done and the neat, orderly and professional matter that Grandview Construction provided."

"Bob was super responsive in meeting with us and helping design the garage. They will make custom garages. We wanted a room built into our garage to shelter some feral cats we take care of, and they were willing to do that. They also installed a cat door that we purchased. They build good garages. Our old garage was falling apart, as are many others in the neighborhood. We wanted a garage that would last. All of the crew were highly-skilled and tremendously courteous. The quality of work at every stage was excellent: preparation of site, concrete pour, framing, roof, finishing/gutters. They took extra care to do things right. The job did take longer than expected. Part of that was due to issues with the site (excessive mud under the old garage that had to dry out and additional site preparation) but it seems the COVID pandemic generated a lot of home projects - we were in a work queue. Demolition started mid-September and garage was completed early January. (Our furnace guy had a similar situation with a different garage builder, so it wasn't just this company. We learned to be Zen about the timeline - it was less stressful that way.) In the end, we have a beautiful garage that should last for years. Very pleased."

"I initially was searching for a handyman to insulate two outer doors at my residence. Jamie responded immediately. He met with me within 24 hours to provide me an and set an agreed upon date to begin. Jamie did more work than was initially agreed upon. This additional labor was needed to successfully complete the project. Jamie was thorough and very neat, cleaned up the mess created. When the work was completed, II was beyond impressed."

"Tom Tishby who was the Project Manager and led the crew of the Chi Renovation and Design on our project involving complete remodel of our kitchen and the powder room have done an outstanding job. Our kitchen remodel project involved removal of the wall to open up the galley kitchen, this required rerouting of the water pipes and installing new plumbing and wiring system. The crew worked efficiently they were very professional and neat while we were living in the apartment during the construction. The products of their work were outstanding in quality and precision. They met all the deadlines and provided courteous service. Communication was excellent throughout the project. Another important factors is that the crew and Tom Tishby in particular worked really well with our building engineer and manager making sure all the paperwork was an order the use of the service elevator and disposal was done according to building policies. Overall I’m very pleased with Tom Tishby and Chi Renovation and Design and would to continue working with them again on our future remodeling projects."
