"Carl was great! I sent him a photos of the closet and of the doors I wanted installed. He gave us the estimate for his work and told us how to order the doors. Although Carl did offer to pick up the doors himself, we were able to fit them in our station wagon, so we bought them at Lowe's, ourselves. Carl arrived on time and completed the work as promised. He installed track for top and bottom of sliding doors and had to adjust tile and molding to do so. He patched a spot on our wall, too. The doors look great, and just as the other reviewers mentioned, Carl really is a super nice guy! This was a small job, but even so, Carl treated us like it was very important to him. Needless to say, when I discovered mold growing on the ceilings and walls of the home I’m renting I was very concerned. Titan Remediation was contacted to evaluate the situation and Chris came out the same day. He assessed my home and was able to identify the source of the moisture causing the mold within minutes. He quickly came up with an action plan to address the cause of the condensation, reduce the air moisture levels and treat the mold spores. The whole process took approximately 10 days, during which Chris consistently kept me updated on the progress.
