So here is my review of Titan Sunrooms out of Gulf Breeze Florida in the summer of 2014

We had been planning an addition for a few years and had talked to Ryan a few times in the prior 2 years

This year we decided to go with it, a full big sunroom with Mitsubishi Mini Split Unit.

The price estimate was pretty much the same for the last 3 years which is very good.

Construction was delayed by the more than usual rainfall in the Spring.

We had them do the whole thing, from the concrete Slab up. Concrete work by Bob and Chris was fantastic?very courteous, accommodating, on time, and when finished it had a professional finish. That was a lot of physical hard work for them.

Then after concrete cured, the construction crew came in.

The 4 man Crew worked for 2 weeks nonstop?John was the Foreman was always easy to contact. We had a few unseen changes that we were able to solve quickly. Anthony, who is a long time employee, who was here everyday, also took care of some of the finish work. He was great. I understand he now has his own Crew (a well-deserved promotion).

These guys work there tails off when they get on your jobsite?and they keep their jobsites clean as they go. They are quiet and respectful to you and the whole neighborhood.

They will get the job done to your specifications, will adjust things as needed and you will be very happy you chose them for your project.

We wanted to remodel our newly purchased condo but didn't think we'd be able to afford all the projects we had in mind because of the limitations of our budget. A couple of local contractors in Gulf Shores had estimated a minimum cost of $40,000. We contacted Help-Around-the-House based on favorable Angie's List reviews and found that they more than live up to their great reputation. Dan Parks and his team worked closely with us from start to finish, not only helping us to stay within our budget but also coming up with ideas that were better than what we originally had in mind. All of the work was of high quality, yet it was done amazing fast.  We couldn't be more satisfied with the final result.  We definitely recommend Dan Parks and the Help-Around-the-House team to anyone who wants high quality work done at a fair price.

"Repair went well.  Replaced vents and looked for additional problems.  Explained work to be done and completed repairs in less than one day.

"I can honestly say Tony is the most reliable person I have hired in recent years. He is there when he says we will be; if there is something unforeseeable that will detain him, he lets you know right away and works around your schedule. To say Tony did painting is just partially correct but it was the closest thing I could choose from the HA list. Tony was contacted about multiple "handy man" tasks that need attention at our home. He went through everything on the list, discussed options and let me know what to expect. He did everything from removing and replacing an iron railing to providing window installers. Because Tony is professional, meticulous, thorough and capable, as he finished one set of things we needed, we had him continue with drywall repair; painting the interior of our home; installing and staining a headboard ceiling; door adjustments; replacing lights and switches; and probably some things I've forgotten about. He also provided options for hardwood repair. He does full remodeling which we discussed for a bathroom remodel but have put that on hold. Tony is honest and trustworthy---so much so that he is one of the ONLY service providers I've ever left alone in my house. Not only do I fully recommend him but I will definitely be hiring him next time we need anything done here."

"Lewis Thomas was a professional in craft and demeanor. He answered my call promptly, and was able to start right away. The pressure cleaning was fantastic. He did not rush it, and did a 2 step process on the flat surfaces. He did a fantastic job! The painting is meticulous and stunning. My paint was (1) creamy white color with different sheens for the ceiling, trim and walls. It has given my home an elegant backdrop. Not easy to do without looking like a newly built home with "chalk white" on the walls. Even with such a neutral color, the crisp lines between the ceiling, walls, and trim are stunning!

I added some things to the list as we went along ( picture hanging, patchwork, shower head, removing additional items from the wall, etc.) and he always did them without hesitation.

Mr. Thomas showed up everyday until my project was finished. If ANYTHING changed in his time frame for any given day, ( even by 30 min.) he would call/text me and let me know. Still in shock! If able, he also will come on weekends!

He and his crew excel at their craft, and were friendly to boot. It was a pleasure to have them in our home.

I will definitely use Mr. Thomas again!

"What a great experience. He did the work on a Sunday which others seldom do. The job was completed professionally and he cleaned up afterwards. Additionally, he went to Home Depot himself and purchased additional trim. Extremely conscientious. I will definitely hire again."

"Awesome. Joe and his team are wonderful to work with. I've never seen contractors so dedicated to getting things right, ensuring your satisfaction and giving 100% every day. Joe's team showed up on time (a few minutes early) every day for a week. They worked extremely hard at least 8 hours every day, were meticulous with their work and went above and beyond. We found a lot of issues under our vinyl, windows with no backer board, missing tyvek in a lot of places, no caulk around windows, we had mold, rotten and very wet boards (headers, plywood etc.), mold going to the drywall in spots and all sorts of issues. The guys replaced and repaired every issue and only went a day and a half over schedule considering all of the additional repairs they discovered and had to account for. Joe's pricing is great for the service they provide, his guys are wonderful, experienced and trustworthy, as is Joe."
