That's when I decided to look through Angie's list and I found Manfredia's Carpentry & General Contracting. They contacted me almost immediately and set up a date to do an estimate. Wally and his team were great to work with -- professional, courteous, and respectful of our home. Excellent communication throughout the process. Everything was done within the timeframe he estimated, as well as within budget. Wally is very knowledgable and quickly gained our trust. He answered all of our questions and gave us great advice. I couldn't be happier with the result. Our kitchen looks so much better and it will definitely add value to our home. I'm very pleased with the experience and I would absolutely want Wally to do any future home improvement projects."

We entered a contract which they stuck by. The price to perform the remodeling was very, very fair. During the remodeling, a structural problem was found. They addressed the problem and provided me with options to correct the problem. These were structural issues which should have been addressed by their predecessors and was inconceivable that the problem could have been missed. Bryan's handymen, led by Jorge, were professional, timely, efficient, knowledgeable, artistic and neat. They did a fantastic job on my bathroom. I can't thank them enough. The shelving brackets were placed with skill and experience achieved over time. The new white shelving and the support flanges provided closet poles that will not fail it was a relief to get these tasks done in a good, professional manner."

"Zwolinski Quality Construction did an excellent job remodeling our master bath. The process started with working with Gwynn for purchasing all materials. She was very helpful and would review some of the items we purchased to insure it was the correct item. Arnold and the team are very professional and included me in decisions during the construction. There were three times I had to run out to get additional materials before the next day. That added a little stress as I did not want to slow them down but fortunately there was available stock of everything I needed. (The reasons for needing the additional material were not Zwolinskiâ s error but because I made changes and purchased the wrong size container of grout.) The estimate was 5 days to finish the work and they completed it in 4 days. The workmanship is excellent. I will use them for additional projects and highly recommend them."
