"I’m very pleased with the service and work I received from Timber Wolf contractors and his crew. He contacted me and arranged a time to look at the work I needed done. He promptly sent me a quote. He set up a time between our schedules to build my spiral staircase and replace a window with a vent. He arrived on time and completed the job beyond my satisfacon. I was so pleased with the results and communication I received, that I hired them to come to my other home to install "Flooring for my sunroom, pantry and hallway. They also painted trim and upgraded my hardware on my kitchen cabinets. I felt very comfortable with Timber and left him a key so I could go to work. "Amazing. YES - you pay a lot - but they rocked, their solution rocked, and the installation was flawless. We just built a brand new home and the builder put in the cheapest 24" deep sump pump possible. We live in an area known for basement flooding so I did my research - had several companies come in - and settled on Connecticut Basement Systems. But my LORD - expensive. But now I know why. Their crew of 3 showed up and laid down plastic mat from our front door all the way down to the basement (at least 200'). It was over kill - but then I saw why. They had to dig a 36" deep pit and a wider hole - and brought up all the mess in buckets. NOT A SINGLE DROP ON THE BASEMENT FLOOR OR ONE THE WAY UP THE STAIRS. In fact - if you didn't see the high tech 3 pump sump pump they installed - you would have never known they were there. EVERYONE was super nice and answered all my many questions. I just spent a year in **** building a new home - and this was the best experience I've had with a contractor in 10 years. Pay the bucks - great product - great installation - great service."
