"When deciding to rehab our newly purchased assisted living facility, we had many choices of contractors. When we met with Precision Remodeling, we knew this was the company for us. Dave promised that we would be informed of each step of the large rehab via email or text and I was so impressed that he kept his word. His contractors were polite, timely, and made a challenging remodel possible adhering to all of my strict requirements due to COVID including isolating the work area, entering from various locations and working around my staff and residents on a daily basis. The remodel is amazing! Precision Remodeling completed an almost full remodel for our assisted living home. They completed the following projects including new siding, new windows, new sky lights, rehabbing a deck, building a room inside of the house, converting a garage to a heated recreation space, building a beauty salon, elevating a sunken living room to all one level, installing new flooring in the kitchen and carpet on the stairs and 3 bedrooms, and a huge amount of painting. While Precision Remodeling may be a bit more pricey than other contractures, the increased price is worth the outstanding service. Not only the quality of work was exceptional, the quality of Precision's employees was outstanding. You cannot put a price on contractures showing up on time, acting professionally and kindly to my staff and residents, helping out with little extra's just because they are "good guys", cleaning up each day when they are finished, sending updated pictures when the job is complete, and most of all doing quality work. The owner, Dave, was also amazing to work with. We started our business buying this assisted living in Feb 2020 and Dave knew our massive undertaking of buying and running the business in addition to rehabbing the home. Dave was alway responsive and helped us with all aspects of the remodel. He took our calls, met with us and handled any issue we had within 24-48 hours of being informed. You can tell he runs a tight ship, hires the right people, and they respect him and work hard for him. Thanks Dave for all the hard work!"

"Ronal works with his little brother, wife, and another bud. All are very nice and respectful of your home. We had a custom shower install 10 yrs ago, but after excessive use by the whole family (4 of us every day...) and a still-settling house, it developed a leak in the lower shower corner. We only needed the lower 18" of tile wall to be replaced (it's still available), a new shower pan and floor, structure inspected and repaired if needed, and we added a new bathroom floor and toilet to the job. No plumbing, electrical, or cabinetry were needed as it was all still kinda fancy and in great shape. Ronal was the only response out of about 10 from Angi's list that would agree to do this partial bathroom repair/remodel. ALL THE OTHERS offering estimates demanded to do a full gut and replacement. His attention to detail is excellent, and the grout colors and gaps match perfectly. We are having him back for our downstairs bathroom and are recommending him to any others needed tile-based home improvement. 10 out of 5 stars!"

"Last week Dimitri and his crew finished remodeling 2 of my bathrooms. I am thrilled with the results! They gutted both bathrooms down to the studs and properly rebuilt the walls with cement backer board in the showers and on the floors. These gentlemen are true artists. They painstakingly cut my 12”x24” tiles so that my niche was centered. They took their time to make sure my mosaic accent tile was smooth and even. Since the walls in my old house aren’t square, Dimitri worked his magic to make my vanities fit against the walls. In my Master bathroom, 3 walls were removed in order to enlarge my shower and overall bathroom space. They moved plumbing, set up new electrical sockets and lights, installed a new exhaust fan which vents to the outside and removed a wall in order to put in a smooth gliding pocket door. The installation of a glass frameless shower door and a glass door above the tub was perfect; the doors float along the tracks as smooth as silk. This is a family owned business. Dimitri, his two sons and another crew member came to work on time every day. Even though they worked long hours, it was apparent that they loved their job. I certainly reaped the benefits of their expertise. I highly recommend this company for any remodeling job. I will definitely call them back to remodel my third bathroom and put a composite material like Trex on my deck."

"This was the 2nd home improvement job they performed for us! We previously had a total kitchen remodel and Qualified Remodeling did an outstanding job! Since we were so satisfied with the Kitchen Remodel, we decided that we wanted them to do our Master Bathroom. We received other estimates that were higher than Qualified Remodeling although we knew we wanted Qualified Remodeling to do the job! The price they quoted us was less than the other estimates we received from 2 other contractors and we knew the quality of work because of our prior experience! Although our kitchen remodel had been completed over 2 years prior, we had the same crew that was going to do our bathroom. He also made observations of some areas and suggestions of how they could be corrected with little quickly with no additional cost. After the walk through, Alisher constructed the quote their in our home and we discussed it together. The final product was well done and looked amazing. "I contacted with Walter's Home Improvement to install an under-deck rain removal system.  My deck has additional supporting structures which complicated the job.  Several contractors had recommended against installing a rain removal or diverter system due to my unique deck design.   Walter looked over the work and immediately recognized the difficulty involved.  After some careful study, he suggested a solution which made sense, and I agreed with his proposal.  He engineered the system and supervised its construction.  After testing, he made additional modifications that improved the overall performance of the system.  The finished product is attractive, brighten up the area under the deck and is fully functional.  Although not a perfect solution, the area
under the deck is dry and protected.  I am very pleased with the work and grateful that Walter had the confidence to take on this job.  I highly recommend him and his company, and I personally plan to use them again."
