"Eddie Costa and his ETC Home Improvement team are the only general contractors I will work with. I have used ETC many times over several years, and I am never disappointed. Eddie is my general contractor for several rentals and my home. He put a beautiful kitchen in a shore rental, does every aspect of the construction bringing in great plumbers and electricians, too. Eddie aligns his work and subcontractors so it goes fast. He brings in locally constructed kitchen cabinets that are beautiful. Eddie is just finishing a home office addition and master closet for me, and it turned out perfect. Finish carpentry by Carlos is amongst the best I have seen. I can’t say enough about how professional Ed is, and all the team he brings in. His prices are very reasonable for the quality you will get. For major projects, you will not have to hires anyone else, he has the best on his team. I recommend Eddie and ETC at the highest level."

When he came out to survey our prospective job, he listened closely to what we wanted, took notes, did measurements, and made suggestions. Later that day he sent my a proposal, detailing the materials and total cost of the project. Ultimately, the final cost was only about $300 more as additional material was needed. Mr. Nastasi worked a full day each day he was here. He also was honest and direct - he told me when he would arrive in morning, and he did. He told me when he had to complete another job so he might have to leave early or miss a day. Many Subs aren't professional enough to simply tell the truth. He always did. "I needed a lot of work and repairs done in my house. I called and met with Harvey about what I wanted to be done in my home, and two days later, the work was being conducted on my house. The significant items were that I needed new basement steps, and Harvey and his crew rebuilt all the steps and railings. I had my bathroom grouted, caulked, and repaired. I needed my kitchen to be refreshed and a new kitchen floor. In addition, the kitchen, dining room, lower and upstairs hallway, and living room were in need of repair and needed to be painted. I had my entire windows repaired and corked from the inside and the outside. Harvey and his men were very professional, polite, and extremely hardworking. They showed up every day on time and worked diligently through the day. Harvey offered good ideas and suggestions on my home improvements and repairs. I was thrilled by the outcome and the quality of their work. I would highly recommend them, and I plan to use them in the future."

"These guys put the ‘master’ back in ‘craftsman’! Once on the job, they are on-the-job! Professionals, they will arrive early, work all day and clean up their mess before leaving. If there’s a question about how to address an issue, they will ask the customer, but always have solutions to offer. Make sure you have all the items you’re responsible for ordered (appliances, counter top, cabinets, faucet, hardware etc.) and in-house, or with delivery dates because you will have trouble keeping up with them once they start! Quality of work is outstanding and always with an attention to detail. The job stayed on budget, all additional work was done under change orders – except one instance. Make certain to ask whether any changes being discussed come under the scope of the contract or are additional work. This is particularly important with sub-contractors like plumbing and electrical."
