Even with the current prices for materials (concrete and lumber), Jorge was able to work with me to keep the price as low as possible while being flexible. In addition he would do daily social media live streams of the construction progress that I could watch while at work. Fantastic to work with and a legitimately GOOD person. They removed the old flooring and replaced it repaired any low spots and bad subfloor and we are very satisfied with the finished product.
