The repair work alone involved new wall studs, drywall, paint and the associated wiring. We went on from there to replace flooring and remodel a bathroom, with new fixtures, tile floors and a tiled shower stall. He went out of his way to find tiles that had been discontinued so we could match what was in our other bathrooms. He also replaced a corroded heater flue on the roof. It really pays to work with a general contractor and his crew! He quoted me a good price for the work and stuck to it.
