Right from the start David were very thorough in understanding what we were looking for and also providing us with great ideas for the remodel. David and his crew were great to work with letting us know when they were planning on starting each day, cleaning up the work area at the end of each day, talking me through the steps they were taking during the build, and quickly responding to questions I had. "Robbie is polite and knowledgeable. He has done other work for us in the past which overall was very good. He quoted a certain price which we understood would cover the work to be done, but when the time came to do it, we had to spend more and eliminate several aspects to cover the total cost. It is possible that this was just a misunderstanding, since he is pretty casual about contract details. I agree with the other reviewers that rated his company a B overall: beware of his subcontractors which make serious as well as cosmetic mistakes and be aware that he may take weeks or months to contact you, unless it's an emergency. I also thought his price estimates were in the high range, although I believe the finished project was probably higher quality than much less expensive contractors."
