"Very impressed with Pro-Tech HVAC Home! I put in an Angie s List request Sun eve since my AC wasn t working right. The texted me right away and scheduled a tech to come out the next morning from 9-11 am. I got a text about 15 min prior advising that a tech would be there ~9:30. Chris, who happens to be the owner, did an extremely thorough job in diagnosing the issues... and double checked his work by ruling all other possibilities out. You could tell right away he s a master of his trade! After going to get the part, by the time was all was said and done, my air was being conditioned by a little after noon! He was friendly, considerate of tracking dirt in, took pics/video (so I wouldn t have to crawl in the crawl space), and explained everything to me. He genuinely cares about his work and giving customers fair, quality work. Absolutely recommend this company."

"I had them replace my entire HVAC system (furnance + AC). They did a great job through the whole process. Out of four quotes I received, they were the only ones that took the time to do a full heating and cooling load calculation for my house when they came to do an estimate in addition to making detailed measurements of our utility room to make sure anything they installed would fit. They gave me three proposals ranging from low-end, mid-range, and high end options and explained the equipment in each of them in detail, including documenting all the model numbers, efficiency ratings, and specs. What they recommended matched up with my research I did prior to receiving estimates. They were very responsive, knowledgeable, and professional so I gave them the job. The crew arrived on time, worked hard the whole day, were respectful of my house, and did not require supervision (although, they told me I was more than welcome to ask questions and watch anything they were doing). They cleaned up, explained the warranty and rebate options with all the paperwork already filled out so that all I had to do was sign--they even mailed both the warranty and rebate off for me. The whole process went great. While their prices were fair they were not the cheapest, but I have no doubt they did a great job, didn't cut corners, and will stand by their work if I experience any problems. They are a reasonably sized HVAC business and not a one-man-band shop like many places in the area, so I know they will likely still be around through the life of the warranty and are well staffed to respond to emergencies, including a 24/7 emergency service number. Overall, we're very happy with the new system and it's a huge improvement over what it replaced--both the AC and furnace are much quieter than the old units, more energy efficient, and perform better. It's been a month since the install and everything has been working fine without problems."

"We had them Replaced furnace and air conditioning unit. It was installed about a year ago but they came out for a regular service about a month ago. the service was free, part of the contract. I have no complaints, it was all good. They were responsive. they were punctual. I have no problems, it was a good deal when I bought it, it's a good deal now. I don't have any issues with how the service went. i bought it through them and I have no regrets and everything was the same as I felt when I bought it. It was a good deal, I made the right choice. Anytime you buy a major system and it doesn't go right you have a problem. I'm a happy camper.1 worker took less than an hour to complete."

"Dave the Tech was great. He called ahead to let me know he would be here in about 15 minutes and he arrived in the 15 minutes. He was courtesy and helpful and checked the unit inside and out. He explained every thing he was doing and what he found and how it could be fixed. Dave even took the time to talk to my husband over the phone on the issues he was finding. It was quite clear that Dave knew his stuff. I highly recommend Beltway Air Conditioning and Heating, LLC. I am definitely keeping their number by my phone."

"Alan came on time and thoroughly evaluated my home's HVAC and duct system. He agreed that the duct work that I wanted done would likely solve the issue with my system and home. He was much more thorough that he could have been to satisfy my needs. I already had a quote for a much higher amount from Supreme Service Today who has been servicing my home for about three years. Suspecting that Supreme Service Today's quote was very high, I turned to Angi to get competitive bids. Since I had a bid at a much more reasonable price from Alan at One Hour Heating and Air, I contacted Supreme Service Today and asked for a price match. They were willing to match the much lower price from One Hour Heating and Air, so I gave the business to the HVAC contractor that I've been working with for a few years. Good deal! "Mr Isak fix my air conditioning Outside unit and performed a system check. During the service check he found the installation booklet inside the unit which could have caused additional problems. Mr Isak was very professional and had a great personality. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for service."
