asked for best time to call and I put in 9:30 AM. At 9:30 AM a young
lady called and I told her what was happening. She said they would come
out and look at it that day. A service man was at my door before 5:00
pm. He inspected my Air conditioner and found the problem. He then
explained what was wrong and gave me a quote to fix it. I authorized the
repair and he had it up and running in about 30 minutes. The total was
exactly the quote. I would recommend their services for this work

"I was very impressed with Robin, my Energy Sharks service professional.  He was on-time, personable, knowledgeable, efficient, and did almost everything I needed to be done (he was not the ductwork professional, so he was only able to do a visual inspection - however, he arranged for them to call me back in two days to see if his servicing provided any improvement to the low air-flow issue).  I had literally just moved into this house, and knew that it had been vacant for about a year, and that it definitely needed an HVAC tune-up, but I was also concerned about the non-existent air-flow to one bedroom.  When I called Energy Sharks, at first I was confused because they answered the phone Pro-Care, but Leah was very pleasant and explained that both companies were under one roof.  She was very delightful, and was concerned, wanting to get me scheduled as quickly as possible, especially when I explained the situation with the non-existent air-flow to one bedroom.  She made me feel good about choosing this company.  And, when Robin arrived, it didn't take long for me to feel very happy about my choice!  I used to work as an HVAC receptionist years ago, so I can honestly say that he was one of the "good guys".  He went out of his way to make sure that everything he could do was done at the most efficient level possible, without charging me an outrageous fee.  I was beyond impressed when he took the extra time to tape down the interior insulation on my air handler, but was even more impressed when he found some wiring that had become dangerous, and took the time to replace it, so that we were safe.  Thank you, Robin!  He admitted that he was not the ductwork professional, and that he would not be able to do much more than a visual inspection regarding my ductwork concerns (the ductwork was not really very accessible, unfortunately).  But, he did advise that if the problem persisted after his tune-up that I have their energy professional or ductwork professional come out to further investigate the situation.  I was delighted to learn that they have a contracting department (Pro-Care) that can assist if we need to cut an access hole on the other side of the house, so they can access the unreachable ductwork.  At this time, I would most definitely recommend Robin and Energy Sharks to others!  Now, all I need to do is wait a few days to see if his tune-up did the trick, or if they will need to come back to do further analysis of my situation."

Since I can do most of my services remotely with you over the phone, I am hoping to eventually open up to larger markets and help people from having to take their computer in to get it fixed, if it has internet access, I can usually fix it over the Internet. I am my only employee, but I have over 20 years experience fixing computers, and providing superior customer service. I work on a flat rate service, and don't charge by the hour because I feel it's important to educate the customer on what the issue is/was, and how to avoid it in the future. I feel that local service companies (my competition) have been overcharging customers for years. I offer a first time customer discount of 10% but I will offer 15% off for first time customers referred by Angies List. I've lived in the Huntsville area most all my life, so I know the area very well. I will never use a subcontractor as I am very picky about making sure that if my name and company is associated with something, it will be the best experience my customer has ever had, and using sub contractors won't ensure that, so I prefer to do all the work myself. Lastly, I should point out that I am a former offensive lineman for the University of Southern Mississippi and was Brett Favre's center his freshman year at Southern. I went on to play for Tom Landry in his last year, but gave up pro football early on to pursue my passion of fixing computers. If I didn't have bills to pay, I would do this for free because I love it! If you have a computer problem, I promise you that you couldn't find a better technician that will care about you as a customer, and not about the bottom line. I am always available, but don't always answer my phone, but if you leave a message, I promise to back with you as soon as possible...and figure out how to get your issue resolved in a quick, efficient and economical manner. "Overall, it was a good experience. AAA put down a vapor barrier and installed a Santa Fe dehumidifier with sump pump. The result is that we can now use the stand-up basement/crawlspace to store things under the house without ruining them. This is the part that you need to know. The installation was not without problems. First, they broke an A/C drain pipe, second, they cut a sprinkler controller wire while running a PVC pipe. Here's my take, accidents happen but how does the business respond to these issues? Well, Donna was very quick to send her team out to correct the problems and they even paid for the damage to the sprinkler system. To me, that's top notch customer service. Any business can make a mistake, but how they handle it is the mark of a good company. Every time I lift the roll door and go into the basement now, I'm amazed at how cool and fresh the air is down there. No more mildew and no more smell."

"Did a nice job, especially considering that the well guy hadn't arrived yet so I didn't have running water. It was noisy (not a problem, just the machinery doing its job) but they did a good job. He cleaned my air ducts & vent covers, gave me some good suggestions & recommendations - the house had sat empty for several years, so there were issues. He offered to add dryer vent cleaning at the 'deal' price, which ended up to be more than he bargained for since it was completely blocked and coming apart.

"They came in to inspect our firplace and chimney the summer of 2012, and they were honest with us.  The person who came out let us know that our system was in great condition, and did not need any service. He could of easliy over sold us on unnecessary products and services. We appreciate his honesty.

"What I didn't like, I hadn't had any other problem in my house until I had an air conditioning problem.  While, they did take care of fixing most of the stuff with the air conditioning.  I did have to pay for the coolant that went into it, that was kind of aggravating, since you  know you are already going to pay a $60-$80 service charge for something and the you turn around and think you are covered and find out there are gaps of coverage.  We'll fix the part and pay for the labor but everything else is on you.  I think outside of price all the categories are an "A".  For price I'd give it a "C", because it's not like you are getting complete coverage.  I'd use them again if I needed to, I'd definitely consider it."
