"8/10/2025 . Upon submitting my information for a Carrier HVAC problem, Next-Gen Mechanical respond first. I told Austin that I would check into three other companies quotes. I initially had a good feeling about Austin. After some research and consideration, I selected Next-Gen Mechanical and called to set up an appointment for the next day at 10 am. The evening before the appointment he called to tell me how to prepare my HVAC for proper diagnosis. The day of the appointment he calls to let me know he was on his way, arriving at about nine thirty. Austin promptly started to diagnose my HVAC problem. His work is through and concise, and has a wide array of tools, at his disposal. He took the time to explain what was being done and made recommendations as needed. He welcomes the customer's presence and inquiry. After completing his diagnostic steps, the one recommendation on the outside unit was addressed. I would highly recommend Next-Gen Mechanical!
