"I was originally referred another guy but the other guy referred Jordan. He’s a very respectful man and is not out to just rig your stuff up . I didn’t have air in 2 years …hagglers came out charged me 1000$ for something and it broke in 12 days back to no ac they wanted to come fix it again for another come out fee . This guy came and my air has been running since ..looking to get a new ac with him soon . Stay cool Jordan 💕 thank you"

"Jim was very helpful and personable to work with. I had recently moved to the Huntsville area and was unable to connect my wireless printer. There were also some things going on with my laptop that made me suspect a virus had somehow gotten on to it, it was running more slowly than usual, and I wasn't happy with the Win7 configuration I had done when I bought the computer. Jim came in and assessed the problems and we agreed on a time for him to take the laptop and reinstall the OS. He was able to get the wireless connection to work as well. He took the computer on a Friday evening and returned it Sunday evening in prime condition.
A few weeks later I got an error message while reinstalling my accounting software so I called Jim. He talked me through the problem over the phone and I was able to get the program installed so I could use the program.
Jim is great to work with, his pricing is very fair, he is prompt and reliable. I will definitely use his services again.

"Excellent experience. As part of getting multiple estimates, my sister contacted Steve and set up a time for him/his crew to assess the roof's condition and send her a proposal. He promptly did both, they discussed the project and price, agreed to terms and scheduled a date. The proposal thoroughly described the scope of the project, materials used and laid out the pertinent costs. Because my sister had other commitments, I worked with Steve and his job supervisor on the project.
Weather delayed the project twice, but Steve and his team kept me fully informed about the weather decision and the new schedule. Once weather permitted, a double crew showed up to expedite the work and completed the job in 2 days. The contracted price included replacing two sheets of plywood decking if needed, but One Call replaced four sheets with no extra charge. The work crew did a complete job of cleaning up and the new roof looks great.
All in all, a well run operation by One Call at a competitive price.

"Called Mickey's office on a Friday afternoon to schedule an appointment and was so surprised and pleased that he could come by within a couple of hours. Mickey can see many customers in a day because he is so knowledgeable about his profession that he was able to diagnose and fix my a.c. in a very short amount of time. Cold air started pouring out from the vents! I had put off calling someone because I anticipated a very large bill, as in the past. When Mickey told me the amount I owed, I was so happy because it was much less than what I was anticipating . In fact, after I asked him his price to replace my old thermostat, product and labor, it was so reasonable that I decided to replace it and add that service to my total bill.. The total bill was still inexpensive and reasonable."

"The repair process started on 4/20/22. Was repaired on 5/4/22. There were numerous appointments that were rescheduled. We were without air conditioning during this time. When the techinician was here they were very professional.Just glad to have air conditioning again."

"Prompt, courteous, beautiful job. But, they could have used the magnet rake more and gotten up the screws, I have flat tires that have to be aired every time I mow. They could have returned as promised to remove the base of DISH that was put up incorrectly and had to pay DISH repairman to come and replace with new unit. I have sent email reminding, to no avail.

"They came in to inspect our firplace and chimney the summer of 2012, and they were honest with us. The person who came out let us know that our system was in great condition, and did not need any service. He could of easliy over sold us on unnecessary products and services. We appreciate his honesty.
