Unfortunately we had an issue a little late in the summer with the air conditioner went out and we couldn’t get anyone from them to come out and assist and they didn’t returned our calls for a while so I found another provider. They were fine last year, as far as this year goes, I’m probably not going to use their service contract with them. The pricing is fine. They could improve their contact part after you make the appointment. They just kind of drop the ball on getting someone out here and we were having problems and it was really hot in the summer so I wasn’t too happy so I just found another person."
