"It ended up in a $500 deal.  They ended up finding mold in the air return so they ended up doing mold remediation and then they found more and I told them to just go ahead and do what needs to be done.  They seemed like they tried to up sell me a little bit. "

"Very courteous and knowledgeable with the older system on our residence. We will use Arctic Elements again in the future for our central air conditioning needs."

"Each member of the different crews that came to perform their speciality were very knowledgeable and professional. They worked efficiently and cleaned up after themselves each day. When I had any questions they were always able to answer me. We are very satisfied with our air conditioning and expect to have the same for the heating system. We are very pleased with our mini split system."

"Jim was very helpful and personable to work with.  I had recently moved to the Huntsville area and was unable to connect my wireless printer.   There were also some things going on with my laptop that made me suspect a virus had somehow gotten on to it, it was running more slowly than usual, and I wasn't happy with the Win7 configuration I had done when I bought the computer.  Jim came in and assessed the problems and we agreed on a time for him to take the laptop and reinstall the OS.  He was able to get the wireless connection to work as well.  He took the computer on a Friday evening and returned it Sunday evening in prime condition.
A few weeks later I  got an error message while reinstalling my accounting software so I called Jim.  He talked me through the problem over the phone and I was able to get the program installed so I could use the program.
Jim is great to work with, his pricing is very fair, he is prompt and reliable.  I will definitely use his services again.

"They are very professional and know what they are doing. In this area there is no service for heating and air conditioning that is as trustworthy, expect for one other company that is too expensive. I would recommend them above every other service. They are prompt and punctual. They are truly pleasant to have in the house. They are remarkably courteous. They ask before they start doing something. They are really nice people."
