"I have used Relax Air services twice in the past. On November 19th my water heater stopped producing hot water, I've called Nasser to come over to assess what needed to be done. On Monday Nov. 21st he replaced my old water heater (21 years old) Nasser is honest and very reliable. He is very reasonable with his pricing (I have compared Nasser's pricing to my next door neighbors water heater replacement cost). I would highly recommend Relax Air. "My technician, Lily, was right on time. It was her first time to my home and she was very friendly and informative. She explained what went wrong and also showed me how to maintain some things through my routine maintenance. My service call involved a charge as it was Service, labor plus Freon to be added to my unit and the outside unit's battery. Since I have a contract with McCrea, I was not charged for the part that was to be replaced on my unit. My house is slowly cooling down as it was 90 degrees inside my home when she arrived this morning. My house lost the air conditioning on the Fourth of July and on a very hot day. I would highly recommend McCrea Heating and Air Conditioning Services of PA."

"GAC services was able to come out for a same day trouble shooting appointment. Jim S arrived on time and was very courteous and professional. He was able to quickly identify the problem with the registers and dampers and able to get warm air flowing to the otherwise very cold areas of the house. In addition, Jim was able to recommend some additional services that would help me achieve the desired evenness of temperature such as an additional return and humidifier for the home. Great experienced master certified technician!"

"Adam was so helpful explaining how the ductless heater/ac unit would fit in my sunroom. His three workers were great. Cleaned up the area after they finished, the job was done in about 4 hours. Got three estimates and Weather Masters was the lowest and could install the next day. I also decided to sign a contract for seasonal checkups on my furnace and central air conditioner. I think anyone would feel comfortable hiring them."

It cost us nothing and we have had their home heating service contracts for over 20 years.  They have NEVER ONCE not shown up or not helped and in the two furnace emergencies we had--they were here with in 1hr.

"Misunderstanding between Blue Dot and Baltimore County on the inspection.The unit was not installed according to Baltimore county code. Inspection has failed twice. Unit needs to be 3 feet from connection box. They have come out a couple times since the inspection has failed but the issue has not be resolved. It was clearly explained by Baltimore county what needed to be done. I always initiate the calls with them regarding this issue. I did not feel as if they are taking my situation seriously and I would not work them again. I was not advised I was being charged $75 to pay Baltimore County to inspect the Air Condition install. Promised by Jeff, supposedly, a manager a Rep would be at my house in 20 minutes on 12/17/19, no one showed. Jeff acted confused wanted to take a photo so he could figure out what needed to be done to move an Air Conditioning unit 3 ft from connector. Company trades under Blue Dot HVAC. Richard was very friendly and helpful with accommodating the codes for the County."

"IRE YUSUFF from JDL HVAC SERVICES LLC. was Extremely Professional. Serviced our furnace for the winter, checked everything from every wire to every part to air input/output etc... IRE answered every question and explained a part that needed replaced. He showed the old part and it's voltage that was deficient then the new part and the proper voltage for our unit. He was Extremely Professional and Knowledgeable. We even decided to have him/his company to return again in the Spring to service our air conditioning. We found them through HOME ADVISOR and within 10 minutes of me requesting a quote for maintenance/service JDL HVAC SERVICES, LLC was calling me on the phone. They set up service for the very next day which was a SUNDAY. I would totally recommend them to anyone in need of through/excellent service. THANK YOU!"
