"I was immediately called by Commercial and Home Services Unlimited minutes and within an hour and a half there at my house. Charles was very professional and asked what work I was wanting to get done. Job was completed and approximately 2 to 3 hours and Charles came in and explained every question I had and explained what he had done which was replaced drain shoe pipe and and other pipes leading out to the air vent and waste line. I was very pleased with punctuality communication and professionalism. Charles insured if there was any problems I could call him and he would be back to take care of any problem. They did a wonderful job. I think Billy is the owner. They are very nice guys. Everybody else want us to replace the whole furnace and that was a brand new furnace and they didn't know that the furnace was about two to three years old. The guy who put it in died and they told us we needed a new furnace, new recoil and all the stuff, and Billy came out and worked on it. I think it was $200 to $300 to replace the circuit board in it and had been working great. We had him come out here to do our yearly maintenance on our air conditioner.
