"Everything went extremely well. I found Grove a completely professional organization with highly skilled workers. Their plumber subcontractor handled the installation of all gas piping in my house, oversaw the hookup with BGE's gas line and installed the hot water heater. Grove provided a skilled crew of 5, with 2 working outside and 3 inside to remove all old equipment, do some duct repair and install the new air conditioner, gas furnace, humidifier and thermostat in 2 days. They also removed all debris from the worksite and swept it clean. Their work proposal included a year's maintenance, which I feel sure will be equally satisfactory. This was a big project (3 days including the plumber), but I am confident they would handle both small and large jobs with the same competence and professionalism. I highly recommend them."

"Replaced old HVAC system. Very knowledgeable team that provide competitive and comprehensive solutions. Great customer service and were in and out in one day with quality workmanship. We couldn t be more pleased!"

"I had a great experience with this HVAC company! They were professional, arrived on time, and quickly diagnosed the issue with my air conditioning unit. They explained the repair clearly, completed the work efficiently, and had my AC running perfectly again. The technician was courteous, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of my questions. I really appreciated the honest service and fair pricing. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable HVAC service!"

"Relieved - that's how I would describe working with Carroll Mechanical. Ever since another company installed my furnace 6 years ago, I don't think it was ever working right. A number of companies have come over the years but nobody was able to properly diagnose the problem until Drew from Carroll Mechanical showed up. He was wonderful from the start and had over 50 years of experience in the trade. He spent the whole morning at my house running a full diagnostic, including a detailed combustion analysis plus measurement of gas pressures, duct air pressures, air temperatures, electrical readings etc.... he explained them all to me patiently like a good doctor and told me we what we needed to do - adjust supply gas pressures and increase the size of the exhaust flue to get the right air/fuel balance. Previous companies just wanted to get in and get out, but these guys took their jobs seriously and were just lovely to deal with. Insanely smart, caring, and reasonable people."

"JDL HVAC Services has serviced my air conditioning and heating systems. The tech, Mr. Xavier did an outstanding job. I would highly recommend this HVAC company."

"Before I decided to hire Haywood Mechanical, LLC, Mr. Haygood patiently answered all my questions via email concerning his rate to inspect a central air system and what the inspection included. Although I forgot my appointment, Mr. Haygood was very understanding and rescheduled for another day. Mr. Haygood arrived on time, was very pleasant, and took his time testing the central air system, as well as the registers and air vents. His rate was competitive and I will use his services again."

"Arrived on time , very detailed on a very difficult install . The installation team checked all the boxes, I highly recommend this company for air-conditioning services."

"Great and Professional Service. Loved the new Carrier Heater that was installed"

"Fantastic company from start to finish! The gentleman who sold us the furnace, their salesman, Alex, was upfront in getting us the best price, along with a 10 yr parts and labor warranty included! The price for the furnace and installation was great, and they guaranteed apples to apples to meet any other companies cost. They offer a $100. fee if we found anyone to do it cheaper, with the same offer. They were able to schedule the intallation quickly, and did a great job intalling it. I would highly recommend using this company for your heating and air conditioning needs. Great company! Great prices! Great work! You won't be disappointed using Horizon Services! Take care....."
