He was a pleasure to work with and the price quote was more than acceptable. I did accept and within the week the crew arrived to do the installation. Al and Damien were very professional and the work was extremely well done. They finished that same day and when they left it was if the new units had always been there. I was extremely impressed and will certainly go back to them for future maintenance. You can't go wrong with this company!"

"The air duct cleaning aspect was good. I had issue with a few minor things that happened while the service was performed. Tom from Mr. Duct, quickly responded to my concerns and remedied them as best he could. The workers arrived on time and on schedule, were polite and quickly got to work. I discovered the issues (minor) after they left, but Tom quickly followed up with me. I will probably use them again as they took the time to make sure I was satisfied"

"It went very well. We didn't know why our furnace didn't work, so Adam arrived and ran diagnostics while keeping me informed of exactly what he was doing and why. When he determined that the furnace was fine, he showed me the thermostats that he had available and then installed the one that I chose. His company also provides a furnace upkeep program that does bi-annual cleaning and diagnostics of the furnace and air conditioning units. Since he clearly knew what he was doing, we decided to sign up for their program. The approximate price below includes the cost of 1) an emergency, overtime service call 2) the replacement of the thermostat 3) the annual service program for 2 furnaces."

"We called United Heating and Air Conditioning for an annual furnace inspection for our new home. They scheduled quickly and easily. We then had a conflict and they re-scheduled just as easily. When they inspected the furnace it turned out it was extremely old and no longer safely operable. We required an emergency replacement. This was in November and we didn't want to be without a furnace. United Heating and Air Conditioning was able to come the next day (!) and install a new furnace. They took care of the installation, confirmed it worked, and hauled away our old furnace. They were quick and professional and stuck exactly to the quote. We were extremely satisfied and will definitely be reaching out to them when it's time to check (and possibly replace!) our air conditioning unit. Highly recommend!"

"My furnace was making a lot of noise and I had a company come out to dagnose and quote on it.  They quoted me over 800 to replace the fan, motor assembly, and a capacitor.  I felt that was a little high so I had put the prices on Angies List to have some quotes for comparison.  TR millers quote cam back around500 so I scheduled the work. Upon arrival they checked the furnace and determined the only thing I needed was a fan and charged me 36. for the fan and 95 for the call.

"The men were very professional and fair. They tried very hard to fix the AC but the unit was deemed beyond repair. It was leaking coolant somewhere. They said they could give me a very good deal on a new AC with all parts and labor included if and when I choose to replace the AC unit with them. Even though the unit was not fixed because it was frankly beyond repair, I am still satisfied by their dedicated effort, honesty and professionalism.
