"I couldn't be happier with the service I received from McCrea Heating and Air Conditioning Services of Maryland. Upon returning from vacation on a 100 degree July day, I found my old HVAC system basically dead (90 degrees in my kitchen!) ... Shane immediately came out to provide an estimate, we signed a contract on the spot, and he kindly provided some freon to hold me over until the new system could be installed. Brian and Nick showed up exactly on time to install the unit, used drop cloths to protect my flooring, and were exceedingly polite and professional throughout. I'd highly recommend this organization."

"Moises came out the same day that I requested an estimate for the installation of a UV light whole house air purification system, and to chemically clean my AC coil. I had another estimate but Moises gave me a better deal. He also recommended getting a cover for my AC unit for the winter, when he opened it up it was full of leaves and debris. I am very satisfied with the work that was done and would highly recommend MSR."

"OUTSTANDING JOB, REPLACED MY OLD CENTRAL AIR CONDITION SYSTEM."

"My air conditioning stopped working last night. I called Carroll mech . They responded immediately and sent technician to the house few hours later. Jordan Scott was very professional. He checked the system carefully and fix the issue soon. Really appreciate the service!"

"Steve was on time and did trouble shoot to determine the problem based on what I told him. He did repair a loose connection and open the valves which allow the air to flow to all of the rooms in the house. I feel he overcharged for the service provided. He said he had to top off the Freon but the unit has no leaks. He charged me $180 for three pounds of Freon. A 25lb cylinder of 410-A Freon runs approximately $91.25- $108 from General Supplies."
