"To start, I put in for an emergency call to Freschi and was told they would call me 30 minutes before. They never called me back. Freschi sucks!!!I I also put in a request on HomeAdvisor on Thursday night and was given Global Warming Heating and Air as one of their verified contractors. I got a call at 7am from Rudy. I called back around 830am and we made an appointment for 1130am. He showed up at 1105am and quickly diagnosed the problem. He recommended replacing the furnace(which houses the blower assembly) due to the cost of repairs and its 17 year old condition. He didn t try to up sell me for an entire new system. He said my AC is working well so there s no need to replace it. I decided to replace the furnace and he said he d be back around 130pm. Rudy and his crew were back by 1pm. From the start of demo to it running again was less than 2 hours. Rudy s customer service is top notch!! From now on, I will only be calling Global Warming Heating and Air. I can t say enough good things about Rudy s business ethics and timeliness. A+++++"

The workmanship was great in the interior attic and for the exterior condenser. They cleaned-up afterwards and left no trace or trash. They even ran diagnostic tests after installation and provided the written results with follow-up 6 months later to inspect and make any adjustments. "My furnace quit working about a week ago. I called a different company; they sent a technician out. He told me that the blower was frozen, and since the furnace was made in 1969 I wouldn't be able to get parts for it. He said I need a new furnace. Wonderful. His company gives me an estimate of $4800-$5300. A second company gives me an estimate for $5800-$7400. I called Albert Nahman Plumbing and Heating for the third estimate. Tony shows up on time, I tell him I've been told I need a new furnace. He takes a look at the old one, starts digging around in it, and has it working again in about 30 minutes! Tony was professional, extremely competent, and knowledgeable about the replacement process (that I no longer needed). To say that I am happy with not having to go through the hassles of a furnace replacement is an understatement! They protected my floors with tarps and were very careful to protect my walls as they moved equipment in and out. Josh, the son of the original Jim, was on the job working with the other two installers. They performed above my expectations. They left my home and yard as clean as if they had never been there. The new furnace is wonderful and is already saving me money on my P.G. & E. bill. I would recommend Jim's Air Systems unconditionally to anyone in need of a new furnace and AC system. "My AC stopped working last November, and since then i had 4 contractors i called to fix it, i was turned down by everyone. i called Tyndall and peter came out and talked about it with me, actually troubleshot it, and 2 days later had parts and fixed it. i would give them 6 stars if i could. im so glad to have my ac running again. my recommendation, if you want something done, call Tyndall, because the rest of the contractors seem to just say its not fixable and leave without even looking at it. these guys were the first people that listened, then looked at the unit before declining service, and then actually fixed it. 10/10 great job and thank you."
