"Jim was very helpful and personable to work with.  I had recently moved to the Huntsville area and was unable to connect my wireless printer.   There were also some things going on with my laptop that made me suspect a virus had somehow gotten on to it, it was running more slowly than usual, and I wasn't happy with the Win7 configuration I had done when I bought the computer.  Jim came in and assessed the problems and we agreed on a time for him to take the laptop and reinstall the OS.  He was able to get the wireless connection to work as well.  He took the computer on a Friday evening and returned it Sunday evening in prime condition. 
A few weeks later I  got an error message while reinstalling my accounting software so I called Jim.  He talked me through the problem over the phone and I was able to get the program installed so I could use the program.
Jim is great to work with, his pricing is very fair, he is prompt and reliable.  I will definitely use his services again.

"They came in to inspect our firplace and chimney the summer of 2012, and they were honest with us.  The person who came out let us know that our system was in great condition, and did not need any service. He could of easliy over sold us on unnecessary products and services. We appreciate his honesty.

This had become a priority to correct. The owner agreed to work with me because at that time I didn't have the funds to cover the estimate . Wade, the owner, said that it was a serious issue and he would work within my budget to allow the boots to be replaced.  He was so nice and we did agree on terms (very reasonable). His crew came out a few days later in wet, cold conditions and did the repair work. His crew was friendly and knew what they doing.  The work went quickly, and they cleaned the area and made sure that I was satisfied. I was very satisfied. I trust this local company and I won't hesitate to use them again or recommend them to family and friends.
