Ire, the technical associate was prompt, very knowledgeable and got my system working again with a temporary fix. I opted for a new heating unit (which was reasonably priced) and all of the technical associates were easy-going and very professional. They were organized, used protective foot coverings and protective coverings for my floors, and cleaned up after the job. "Misunderstanding between Blue Dot and Baltimore County on the inspection.The unit was not installed according to Baltimore county code. Inspection has failed twice. Unit needs to be 3 feet from connection box. They have come out a couple times since the inspection has failed but the issue has not be resolved. It was clearly explained by Baltimore county what needed to be done. I always initiate the calls with them regarding this issue. I did not feel as if they are taking my situation seriously and I would not work them again. I was not advised I was being charged $75 to pay Baltimore County to inspect the Air Condition install. Promised by Jeff, supposedly, a manager a Rep would be at my house in 20 minutes on 12/17/19, no one showed. Jeff acted confused wanted to take a photo so he could figure out what needed to be done to move an Air Conditioning unit 3 ft from connector. Company trades under Blue Dot HVAC. Richard was very friendly and helpful with accommodating the codes for the County."
