Mike and his team did an excellent job and went above and beyond to replace our duct system that had rusted and collapsed. This was not an easy job b/c our duct work is under the house in a crawl space. ]hey took the time to assess the space and our problems and designed a system that works better than what was there before. They were very professional and Mike explained things every step of the way. If you want someone who is thorough, pays attention to detail and customizes a solution that works for your specific needs, I would highly recommend Deans Heating & Air Conditioning! "Horizon Services was tasked to replace a 25 year old Central Air system. The team was on time, well mannered, polite, friendly, worked as one unit. Talking and giving suggestions to another if needed. Any mess they made, they cleaned up. I left the house to return to work. I left my cell phone number for them to call me if they completed the job prior to my return. they attempted to return items to their original space. I don't remember the crew taking a lunch break. I asked if anyone had lunch? They stated "finishing this job is more important.". The job took approximately ten hours. (Non stop) It was expensive, but worth it! When they removed the antiquated material it was replaced with brand new up to date equipment., The old equipment was taken away! I would highly recommend Horizon Services to anyone who asked."
