Mike and his team did an excellent job and went above and beyond to replace our duct system that had rusted and collapsed. This was not an easy job b/c our duct work is under the house in a crawl space. ]hey took the time to assess the space and our problems and designed a system that works better than what was there before. They were very professional and Mike explained things every step of the way. If you want someone who is thorough, pays attention to detail and customizes a solution that works for your specific needs, I would highly recommend Deans Heating & Air Conditioning! I quickly got a call back and appointment from Tetteris Heating and Air. After a brief diagnostic, Greg Shaeffer almost immediately assessed the problem was a malfunctioning gas valve. After replacing and converting the valve, he discovered that the old valve had not been installed or converted properly by the previous company.
