"I am so impressed at 4pm I was looking for someone to fix our air conditioning that my mom is sick and has been in the house getting very irritated and has had a really hard time with the rain and the windows closed. THE A/C SERVICE & MORE company called me the manager her name is Eda she was amazing empathetic to our situation unprofessional to help me get the job done quickly she said to not worry we will be out there today knowing my situation they came out within the hour in the rainy weather and not charge me for after hours and fixed my air conditioning and by 5:30 pm the house was cooling and Jose the techenial was friendly and very professional. This A/C company deserve 6 star****** for going above and beyond! Thank you so much. Rene Gallardo"

"After getting quotes from a few companies for a new A/C systemI decided to go with Weathershield.  Their price was very fair and they were very professional.  Air conditioning works great. When the A/C went in an condo I own I called them. They did me a big favor and did the work up in Palm Beach county which is an area they do not usually service.  Again, everything went perfectly.  The A/C works great. The office manager Christine is a total sweetie and so helpful. Just called them to clean our dryer vent, so happy they provide that service, I wouldn't trust anyone else.... Thanks guys!

"Great, same day, super efficient. Another company that was first to call me tried to up-sell me on replacing the entire a/c unit instead of topping up the Freon per my request. I said I know things about air conditioning since I am a senior citizen and my systemâ s history, so I was expecting to just get an annual pressure test, routine stuff. So that first guy didnâ t get my business because he failed to respect my preferences and judgement and saying stuff like â R22 is so expensive and itâ s better to change out the unitâ , not realizing I know there are at least four drop-in replacements for R22 today. After that weird phone call, Iâ m glad to have instead used Freezing Pointâ s guy who even with no English ability took care of the job, climbing up on my roof with the refrigerant tank and gauges. I will probably use him again next year for the same service call on my 25 yo. central a/c."
