"My 20 year old furnace died on a cold Thursday evening and I got online to find a company to replace it. After entering my contact info, I immediately received a text message from the company's owner, Casey, making himself available for me if I wanted to talk by phone. I had him call me, and he checked in to see what the problem was, what I wanted to do, and to be sure I had heat for the evening. He even offered to drive space heaters to my home if needed, even though he was at least 45 minutes away. He then scheduled to meet with me at my convenience the next day to look at my home and discuss options. During the meeting, Casey was very personable, knowledgeable,and professional about the products and services his company offered and helped me design a heating/air conditioning system to replace my old, inefficient furnace and wall a/c and insulate existing ducts. He also referred me to my utility company to see if rebates were available, which there were. The workers who installed the products were pleasant, professional, and skilled and ensured that their work met the city's requirements so that I was eligible for the rebate. "Me and my wife were interested in adding an air conditioner to our home and replacing our furnace as well. We had Shawn from Ares Comfort Systems came to our home and I was impressed. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to answer any questions we had. It was nice to have a contractor who does not pressure a sale and makes you very comfortable to be around. "Jim was very helpful and personable to work with.  I had recently moved to the Huntsville area and was unable to connect my wireless printer.   There were also some things going on with my laptop that made me suspect a virus had somehow gotten on to it, it was running more slowly than usual, and I wasn't happy with the Win7 configuration I had done when I bought the computer.  Jim came in and assessed the problems and we agreed on a time for him to take the laptop and reinstall the OS.  He was able to get the wireless connection to work as well.  He took the computer on a Friday evening and returned it Sunday evening in prime condition. 
A few weeks later I  got an error message while reinstalling my accounting software so I called Jim.  He talked me through the problem over the phone and I was able to get the program installed so I could use the program.
Jim is great to work with, his pricing is very fair, he is prompt and reliable.  I will definitely use his services again.

"Upon detection of discoloration and separation of our baseboards and casings, I called SDWD for a free estimate. Rafael was out the next day and confirmed we indeed had water damage. He thoroughly inspected the affected areas using thermal imaging equipment. He and his crew came back the next day to begin the "drying out" process. Over the next 8 days SDWD was out 5 times to evaluate the drying process and reposition equipment as needed. After everything was dry Rafael mentioned we might want to consider getting a mold clearance test done to ensure all contaminants were removed. We heeded his suggestion and were happy with the "no elevated mold condition existing" report the first time round. This was a confirmation of the quality work this company performed. The reason I did not rate the price was because our insurance company paid for the bill and I got no other estimates."
