Very knowledgeable, patiently, friendly and nice person, answer all my questions. Later on, we decided to replace the whole new system with fair price and wasn’t ripped off as others. "My experience with him was top notch. He was accommodating to my schedule. I work nights and he was willing to come to my home in the early evening instead of normal business hours. He assured me the fix of the leak would hold until the end of summer but there was a chance that I may need a new unit next summer since the unit is over 10 years old and the leak was pretty severe. I had no other trouble with the unit the rest of the summer. His price was reasonable and he was friendly and efficienct. Ire, the technical associate was prompt, very knowledgeable and got my system working again with a temporary fix. I opted for a new heating unit (which was reasonably priced) and all of the technical associates were easy-going and very professional. They were organized, used protective foot coverings and protective coverings for my floors, and cleaned up after the job.
