"We called United Heating and Air Conditioning for an annual furnace inspection for our new home. They scheduled quickly and easily. We then had a conflict and they re-scheduled just as easily. When they inspected the furnace it turned out it was extremely old and no longer safely operable. We required an emergency replacement. "My furnace was making a lot of noise and I had a company come out to dagnose and quote on it.  They quoted me over 800 to replace the fan, motor assembly, and a capacitor.  I felt that was a little high so I had put the prices on Angies List to have some quotes for comparison.  TR millers quote cam back around500 so I scheduled the work. Upon arrival they checked the furnace and determined the only thing I needed was a fan and charged me 36. for the fan and 95 for the call.
