"Tim was our technician. he called telling us when he would arrive. He is very professional, friendly and efficient. The work was performed professionally and was reviewed with me before his departure. The air conditioning was tested and the temperature reset before Tim left. "Nick Bull of Tim Kyle HVAC did an awesome job. Diagnosed the problem quickly, performed the service, explained everything clearly and all at a reasonable price. "Angie's List reviews made me go with GAC Services for a new furnace and air conditioning unit. Five mechanics showed up early in the morning in three trucks. They were clean cut young men and very polite. They made a lay down area in my basement with blankets. They wore covers over there shoes while in and out of the house. They were very respectful of my home. They worked non stop until 5:00 PM. They had a separate sheet metal mechanic that showed up and did really nice sheet metal work. I was impressed. After a year went by my thermostat went out and they came out and replaced it free of charge. I signed up for the maintenance contract and they come out twice a year . Once in the winter and once in the summer. Another part went bad after two years and it was under warranty and they replaced it free of charge. They are honest and reliable. I highly recommend them."

"Misunderstanding between Blue Dot and Baltimore County on the inspection.The unit was not installed according to Baltimore county code. Inspection has failed twice. Unit needs to be 3 feet from connection box. They have come out a couple times since the inspection has failed but the issue has not be resolved. It was clearly explained by Baltimore county what needed to be done. I always initiate the calls with them regarding this issue. I did not feel as if they are taking my situation seriously and I would not work them again. I was not advised I was being charged $75 to pay Baltimore County to inspect the Air Condition install. Promised by Jeff, supposedly, a manager a Rep would be at my house in 20 minutes on 12/17/19, no one showed. Jeff acted confused wanted to take a photo so he could figure out what needed to be done to move an Air Conditioning unit 3 ft from connector. Company trades under Blue Dot HVAC. Richard was very friendly and helpful with accommodating the codes for the County."

"Fantastic company from start to finish! The gentleman who sold us the furnace, their salesman, Alex, was upfront in getting us the best price, along with a 10 yr parts and labor warranty included! The price for the furnace and installation was great, and they guaranteed apples to apples to meet any other companies cost. They offer a $100. fee if we found anyone to do it cheaper, with the same offer. They were able to schedule the intallation quickly, and did a great job intalling it.
