"The salesman came to our home & was very professional & knowledgeable. We got several quotes but decided to go with this company because of the knowledge of the salesman. The technicians came to install the air conditioning on time, wearing masks, and did a fantastic job. There were no problems whatsoever with the install. "Joel from J. M.Curtis Energy Solutions is our hero! He went out of his way to to take care of my 97 year old motherâ s thermostat after hours. I had called his company in the late afternoon and left a message. He returned my phone call on his way home from work, offering to give us an appointment the following day. But when I explained that my mother was elderly and feeling so cold, he made an exception to help her, out of the goodness of his heart (despite the fact that it delayed his own dinner.) While he was here, Joel was extremely courteous and efficient, and was able to make the repair quickly and professionally. "There was a snag at the beginning when they realized, after beginning to dig, that the AC unit was on top of the oil tank and they'd have to call someone in to move it before digging could continue. That delayed things a few days, but thereafter they did a good job of digging and were very careful with our trees. They also took care not to ruin the lawn with the machinery. The new tank and heater were quickly put in the basement with no problems."
