I was the last customer of the day for the fridge guy, Mike, and even though it was late he came, did a thorough inspection of the problem and overall health of the fridge, and then proceeded to do a complex set of repairs that took almost 4 hours. I have never-ever--had a service professional as dedicated to doing what was promised as Mike. Two days later, I had Appliance Tech pros take care of a problem with my Viking oven. While this was not quite as 'heroic' an effort, my tech was extremely knowledgable, did a thorough diagnosis and explained his findings to me, then efficiently made the repairs we agreed to. It is very hard to find great service companies for appliances.
