Walt (Pops to most) started in 1972 repairing shoes and handbags. Over time in responding to his customers he has added a broad array of services to better serve his public. We pride ourselves in somewhat an "old fashioned" way of conducting business. We have a habit of getting to know most of our customers, and have a fantastic group that has been visiting us for 40 years. Recently we've added some vacuum services that are second to none in the industry. "I pay $75 annually for a certain amount of appliances to be covered. What we didn't know is that you still have to pay a service call fee and if the technician deems the appliance still functional they will not fix it and if the technician says there is nothing wrong with the appliance, they will not fix it. In other words, the appliance has to be completely broken in order for them to fix it."
