"I submitted requests for service from multiple appliance repair companies, but A 1 Professional Appliance was the only one that got back with me. They were on time, cordial, professional, and skilled. He fixed my ice maker and repaired my LG front load washer on the same visit. The total repair cost was significantly less than I had expected to pay per online research I had done in advance. It has been 4 weeks now since the repairs were completed and everything is still working great. I give A1 appliance a rating of 10 out of 10"

"ABC Appliance is the best repair experience I've ever had. Joel Callahan was professional, knowledgeable, very up front and honest. Scheduling the appointment was hassle free as was the repair. Joel explained the problem, got parts and returned quickly. The repair was efficient and effective! The belt was out of stock and he offered to come back when he could get a new one. When he told me both the belt and blower fan were going bad and offered to bring them back and charge me parts and no labor I was pleasantly surprised. Each time he came to our house he was polite and very friendly. What made it the best experience ever came from the kindness of Joel's heart. You must find out for yourself why ABC Appliance Repair Service is one of the best in Tulsa. I highly recommend it!"

"David arrived in a timely manner and was courteous and professional. I had spoken to him the day before the appointment and he informed me that there would be a 55 dollars fee for the visit which would get folded into the actual cost of the repair should I decide to proceed. I had four appliance issues that needed to be addressed of which David successfully resolved 2. The others needed a replacement of the appliance and replacement of a part respectively...both of which I obviously did not proceed with. I ended up paying 180 dollars for the visit which felt a tad steep. I was expecting to pay anywhere between 100 to 125 dollars considering that only two items were actually repaired and an hour of work was what was needed. Other than that...I had no other issues."

"Responded quickly and came to my house same day. Diagnosed the problem with my Maytag Dryer ad ordered the part. Did not pay until the partake in and he installed it had my dryerup and running quickly and the complete charge was as estimated. Would definitely use again for appliance repair"

"Billy did a great job repairing my old Maytag oven. He was able to diagnose and order parts for it on Thursday and was back out Friday to repair it with no problems. Quick, knowledgeable, and professional. I'll be calling them back the next time my out of warranty appliance kicks the bucket."
