Definittely knows his stuff.He was patient enough to wait while I went back to the store to exchange the downrod for the correct size. "Installed ceiling fan explaining option pertaining to electrical switches which I liked. Installed CFCI switch and replaced existing light fixture. I did supply the ceiling fan, light fixture and CFCI switch which was my choice. He did quote me $150 to $200 and we did get charged the $200. I think I should have clarified in the pricing prior to contract if the CFCI switch would have been included in pricing. Worked diligently for 3 hours and the time frame was 3-4 hrs."

Not only was he helpful with this particular repair but also offered good advice for other appliance problems/issues. The price was very fair. He cleaned up well after taking the machine apart and putting it back together. Communication was excellent. "I have been defrosting my Samsung Refrigerator ice maker weekly for two full years. I've spent a fortune trying to get it fixed. When the primary fan started making loud noises, I contacted HA and got Those Guys as a recommendation. Alfred called me back within minutes. He came this morning at our agreed to appointment (on time and prepared). He was extremely professional, communicated with me about what his research had revealed, and got to work. He worked diligently and carefully to removed covers so he could physically check the fan. Thankfully, it was not bad. I would recommend this company, hands down! He did not mind me looking over his shoulder and asking a million questions. He does not overbook himself do he can commit the time to the customer and the job at hand. CALL this young man...he is just starting out and is amazingly positive, well spoken, and pleasant. He knows what he is doing!"
