"Svilen called within a minute of my putting the request online. I had a washing machine and fridge/freezer that were not working. It was a Sunday afternoon during a holiday weekend. He was working on another job and said he should be able to make it out within an hour or two. He did. My freezer was coated with ice on the inside. He defrosted, repaired and even got my ice maker/water dispenser working. He did not have the part for the washer, but returned then next evening and repaired that as well. "Will contacted me in response to my request for service on a washing machine. We scheduled an appointment and I was provided a window and told I would receive a call when they were 1/2 hour away. I received the call as promised and left work to return home. Julio was sent to service our washer. He was on-time, knowledgeable and friendly. Clean, courteous service, minimal time away from work. Will absolutely call WillFix again for future service needs."

"This was a rather "complicated" job in that it required Jeff to clear out my mother's storage unit in Glenview, deliver to her home a marble table that was in the unit, then pick up a cocktail table at my mother's and then drive to my home in Lincolnshire. He then moved the table upstairs, unloaded the rest of my mother's storage unit items--boxes, chairs, and a wooden folding table--to my garage. And, finallly spent three hours cleaning out my garage and disposing of the trash. It was a hot day, and a long day, and Jeff did it with ease and a smile!! If I could give him a rating of 100 I would!! The service was excellent and his rate for this job was well under what the national franchises wanted to charge. I've already referred two of my neighbors, who came out and saw for themselves what a great job Jeff did!! I would hire him in a minute!! Plus, he does other handyman types of jobs, too! He is coming back next month to power wash my garage and clean and wash down the ceilings Well done, Jeff!!"

"Arijan came to repair our refrigerator that was leaking water below the vegetable bins. He basically took the fridge apart, trying everything to fix. It was ultimately determined that the fridge was beyond repair, but not for a lack of trying. There was an initial diagnostic fee, but we were not charged beyond that since the repair could not be made. We would hire for future repairs"

"Rich called me and when I told him problem, he knew exactly what it was and explained it to me and what he would do to repair. He was able to come out on Saturday, as I work full time. He resolved the issue of water accumulating in bottom of fridge and bins, ice had been accumulating. Balance/pitched the refrigerator correctly. He did indicate up front that he is currently cash only, which I appreciated. He was very courteous, cleaned up, pleasant. Only negative is he did not give receipt on site, and was a bit slow in emailing to me."
