"My initial phone call with the agent was a bit odd. He provided a quote. I was waiting on another quote before I decided. Later in the day I called to confirm I want Porch for the job. He scheduled my appointment. Or I thought he did. On the day of the appointment I no one showed. I called and was informed he did not activate a form request for the job so I had to reschedule. That was frustrating as I had rearranged my schedule be there. The actual job went fine. The person arrived a bit late (but called to inform me). He completed the task in a timely manner. "Excellent service! We were at the tail end of a remodel and several things had to be connected and installed. Alex was so nice to deal with even though there were several hiccups along the way (nothing that was his fault, parts not fitting, etc). He came up with some inventive solutions to the issues and stayed late until it was done. He also had some great ideas for what could be done to improve the lighting in the bathroom. I would definitely hire them again in the future. Everyone I dealt with from the owner to Alex my handyman was honest, punctual and polite.
