Jessica Bell's design ideas were very good and we were particularly happy with the back splash design she proposed.  Ryan Vincent was our project manager and he was easy to work with and when small issues came up he was quick to pull us in, give us options and his recommendations. Ryan then took your decisions and put then into action to keep the project on schedule. Jessica had given us recommendation of subcontractors they often worked with. Everyone we used from countertops (Floform ), electrical ( Blacksheep  Electric ) , plumbing ( Protocol plumbing ), tiling ( EKB LLC ) and Appliance Installation ( Elkay Services ) were very good. I would not hesitate to use any of these subs in the future.Jessica also provided us contacts at various product suppliers ( appliances, lighting fixtures and plumbing ) who proved very helpful because of their depth of knowledge."

"Mr. Belem was pleasant, gave me his recommendations, however, materials were not readily available, I have to do my own research where to get materials. He suggested I needed to replace the whole hot water dispenser system, I just needed the faucet replaced which he says that the faucet alone cannot be done, therefore, I have to buy and replace the whole unit.
