The man was very professional, extremely knowledgeable and had an estimate for me through a wireless device with him, to look up parts required. "Robert was a wonderful technician. He was concerned about the expense in replacing the burned out parts needed to repair the washer, and attempted to find options. However, the parts were needed, and so he reduced the labor costs, which he didn't have to do. We were very impressed with him, and worked long and hard to repair the washer, which we had originally thought we may have to completely replace. Our 15- year old 'top of the line' washer looks like it might last another 15 years. We will definitely use this company for all of our appliances. After we used Home Advisor for this situation, and hired Airflow, we cancelled our Sears Home Warranty , which had kept us waiting 2 weeks to repair our washer, including a no-show who finally showed up 3 hours late.
