"My freezer went through a defrost cycle and after that the icemaker was not making ice. I sent a message through Angie's List to KLB Appliance Services and he responded within a couple hours. He set an appointment for Monday and arrived within the time frame that set. He ordered the part and had to schedule a new time to come out on Thursday after the part came in. When he showed up this morning (again on time), the ice machine had made ice and the bucket was full. Kevin refunded the money that I had paid him upfront and only charged me for the service call. I will definitely call him back is it goes on the fritz again and I would recommend him to anyone."

"Very good. They take care of your appliances. They only charge my $75.00 per call, including the parts. They use refurbished parts most of the time. I would grade it basically to an B, I got the best one going according to most people. There is one in Colorado that will covers everything, but they are only located in Colorado. It can also take three days, or five days, it depends on the time of the year. With air conditioning, it can take more in the Summer time, because I am in Florida. Most of the time they are not that bad. The cover most of my major appliances, my washer, dryer, my pool. My daughter also uses the same company, they have done her washer, dryer, and air conditioner."
