"The repairman arrived late due to an accident on the freeway.  The office did call me to let me know.  I showed him the area that needed to be reparied.  He asked me if I had some of the supplies I thought he would have brought for drywall repair such as tape and texturing.  He said the company should have told me to provide this, and I indicated no one told me anything.  Eventually, he ran out to Home Depot which took over an hour, and came back with the proper supplies.  He finished the job in the time allotted.  It is an adequate job.  It was in my laundry room behind the appliances so I wasn't so concerned about how it looks.  If I had been concerned about that, the job wouldn't have been satisfactory.

"The technician did an excellent job. It did take a while to get the repair finished, but that was due to Bertazzoni delivering the parts. I have had multiple problems with this particular appliance. My range now works better than it did when new, but I have a feeling that even if I have continuing problems with it, American Home Shield will just repair rather than replace due to the cost of the range. "On the day of the appointment, they called and changed the morning appointment to afternoon. In the afternoon, they called and said they couldn't make it. It took three days of calls to reschedule the appointment.  They did show up promptly for the second appointment.  The ladies were very courteous and hard working.  The company had not told me that they could not use their own vacuum.  Mine didn't work too well; but they managed to use it.  The ladies did well on the dusting and vacuuming,wiping the kitchen cupboards and the kitchen appliances.  They did a good job on my windows and screens.  They did not do too well on cleaning the bathrooms, and they did a terrible job on mopping the bathroom and kitchen floors.
In all fairness to the service, my house was pretty dirty.  I paid for 12 hours, and received 11 hours.  I would not use them again.
