"Denis is such a professional and he knows his stuff. I found him on Yelp. He responded to my request so quicky and came the same day to fix my fridge. He even cleaned out the freezer and air filter after the work was completed. If you need someone to fix your appliances, he is THE ONE."

"My AC unit had completely stopped working. I called in the morning and Yurik was able to come by in the afternoon. He quickly diagnosed the problem as a bad capacitor and changed it. He advised me that freon was low but said no need to add at this time. He also advised me that blower fan was blowing at low rpms and may need to be replaced in the future, but again suggested that nothing needed to be done at this time. I felt very confident in his assessment of the problems and will definitely use him in the future for all my HVAC needs.

"I've used Canoga Park Heating and Air for years now. I get the yearly Service Contract so they come out twice a year and check out the system, change the filters and make sure everything is working well. They notify me when it's time for service, so I don't have to worry about it. I highly recommend them. Jose Garcia did a great job, they are clean and respectful."

"Work was done professionally. The gentleman had to make several trips to the hardware store to get the correct bulbs, but he did not charge me any extra time for the service."

"Very responsive to my call--the man on the phone was familiar with my problem, someone was at my house within an hour. The man was very professional, extremely knowledgeable and had an estimate for me through a wireless device with him, to look up parts required. He was genuinely sympathetic that it would not be an inexpensive fix. He said he'd have order parts and came back the next day, fixed it well within the time he estimated it would take. Dryer perfect again, overall a wonderful experience and I will call them again anytime I have a problem with any large appliances in my home."

"Robert was a wonderful technician. He was concerned about the expense in replacing the burned out parts needed to repair the washer, and attempted to find options. However, the parts were needed, and so he reduced the labor costs, which he didn't have to do. We were very impressed with him, and worked long and hard to repair the washer, which we had originally thought we may have to completely replace. Our 15- year old 'top of the line' washer looks like it might last another 15 years. We will definitely use this company for all of our appliances. After we used Home Advisor for this situation, and hired Airflow, we cancelled our Sears Home Warranty , which had kept us waiting 2 weeks to repair our washer, including a no-show who finally showed up 3 hours late. Bravo to Home Advisor and Airflow. We are very satisfied!"

"I am so thrilled that I chose Precise Home Builders to remodel our kitchen! The overall experience was not as stressful nor invasive as I anticipated. Dino, whom is the gentleman that first came to the house for the estimate, is knowledgeable at his job and is a pleasure to work with. There were no hard sales, nor pressure from him. The scope of work had good detail, and he answered all questions that I ever had thought out the project. It was very helpful that he drafts a 3D computer image of the remodel plans at your first meeting, so that you may have an idea of what the finished room may look like. Very great feature!
Precise had been the 5th estimate that I'd received, and due to their reasonable price and that I liked Dino, I hired them for the job.
The workers were skilled at their work, were timely, professional, friendly and overall cleaned up after themselves.
The foreman Gabi was a pleasure to work with as well. Gabi was knowledgeable at his job and had everything running fairly smoothly.
For our remodel, some small hiccups happened, but it wasn't due to anything that Precise had done, and they handled the situation wonderfully, especially, Lee whom works at the office. She would always keep me informed on what was going on with the work or the inspections.
The job was done on schedule. In fact, it would have been done ahead of schedule, but the appliances held that up.
As for the quality of work, I myself have a very sharp eye for small details, and if something was not quite right by my standards, they took care of it with no problem, but mind you, there were not many things that I had to point out. Their work is DEFINITELY quality work, and the people whom I dealt with were quality people as well, which make the experience even better!
My husband and I are amazed with the transformation of our kitchen, which use to be no counter top space, no cabinet space, no pantry, old and out dated ('23), could not have two people in there at once, to now...roomy, with space and beautiful! I'm very impressed with Precise, and will probably hire them again in the future!

Yes, buying appliances in a bundle can save you money and reduce the cost per unit. Retailers often offer discounts when you purchase three or more appliances from the same brand together. This approach not only lowers your appliance expenses but also simplifies installation coordination, providing financial and scheduling benefits.
The best time to buy a new appliance is when your current one fails or during a renovation. Major shopping holidays like Black Friday and Labor Day offer seasonal sales with better discounts. Planning your purchase during these times helps you maximize savings and aligns with your home improvement plans.
When you buy a new appliance, many retailers will also remove and dispose of your old appliances when they come to install the new ones. To dispose of your old appliance yourself, start by safely disconnecting it. If it's no longer functional, you can recycle it. If it still operates safely, consider donating or selling it to recoup some value. Some retailers offer trade-in programs for discounts on new models. These options promote eco-friendly disposal and help reduce waste.
