When I called for service, I reviewed the symptom's of the problem with Mr. Fazio and he knew exactly what was wrong and scheduled a next day appointment.  He arrived on time for the appointment and was very courteous and professional during his visit, and my oven was fixed within minutes. "We found Giant Plumbing, Heating, and Cooling here on Angie's List.  Doug scheduled a convenient time with us to replace our water heater.  He gave us a price ahead of time for his services and did not upcharge for anything.  He arrived on time and was very professional and knowledgeable, as well as friendly.  He was very detailed in explaining everything and even gave advice on other plumbing topics where we had concerns.  The expense of our particular water heater was more than the average electric or gas water heater because we had the power vent model.  Our old water heater was a State brand and we were very satisfied as it lasted us for 12 years, and he replaced it with a new State model, so we were very satisfied with that as well.
We found out he also services furnaces and air conditioning so we will also request his services for them when we need them because we feel he is reliable, knowledgeable and professional.  We would recommend him to anyone looking for the services he provides.
