"Edwards Appliance Repair did a great job fixing our washing machine and the cost was very reasonable. The repairman was prompt, professional, and knew his stuff. He assessed the problem with our washing machine, explained what was needed to fix it, had the part in the truck, and the repair took less than 15 minutes. "Reliable Tech provided a very punctual response to our request for a new furnace at our home. Within a few days of our call, they were at our home for a free consultation and to develop a verbal quote. The written quote took a little bit longer to receive (maybe a couple of days -- we're impatient!). The price was reasonable and affordable. Installation: The staff showed up after the end of the time window they identified -- apparently a meeting at their home offices went much longer than expected but nobody notified us. We called to find out what was going on and they were very conciliatory and apologetic. The crew got up to town quickly and were thorough yet rapid with the installation of the new furnace and removal of the old unit. They requested a follow-up visit a week later to check the system and ensure functionality -- this at no additional cost. While it was probably good we did this in the off-season for heating, it was really refreshing to see friendliness, punctuality, and forthrightness in reasonable pricing for an HVAC job. Would recommend Reliable Tech.

"My initial phone call with the agent was a bit odd. He provided a quote. I was waiting on another quote before I decided. Later in the day I called to confirm I want Porch for the job. He scheduled my appointment. Or I thought he did. On the day of the appointment I no one showed. I called and was informed he did not activate a form request for the job so I had to reschedule. That was frustrating as I had rearranged my schedule be there. The actual job went fine. The person arrived a bit late (but called to inform me). He completed the task in a timely manner. He was very respectful of my home. He cleaned up after himself. And the appliance is working. Yeah!"

"I pay $75 annually for a certain amount of appliances to be covered. What we didn't know is that you still have to pay a service call fee and if the technician deems the appliance still functional they will not fix it and if the technician says there is nothing wrong with the appliance, they will not fix it. In other words, the appliance has to be completely broken in order for them to fix it."
